Join us as we welcome the Metro area’s most influential owners and chefs as we host a dinner for Metro Food Rescue to highlight their role in our industry. Joining us is Chad Techner from Metro Food Rescueto explain the organizations role in helping redistribute surplus foods from commercials kitchens to help those who suffer from food insecurities. We will be providing a six course dinner produced from surplus produce donated by Supreme Food Service to show how items donated to Metro Food Rescue can be used to help others in need. The evening will start at 6:30 with an amuse bouche and champagne reception with the dinner presentation to follow at 7:15.
