The word "restaurant" comes from the French word "restaurer," meaning to restore or refresh with food and drink. Our goal is to give guests that feeling through our food, service, and care. We offer the best products from around the world, sourced responsibly and ethically. We focus on quality by creating Michigan’s first in-house dry aging program to improve the natural taste and tenderness of our meats, seafood, and vegetables. We support sustainable farming and reduce environmental impact while building our presence in the community. Our innovative aging program along with the careful selection of all of our items will deliver great flavors and textures, combining tradition with new ideas to satisfy even the most selective diners. Through our partnerships, our award winning team will strive to be the first “zero waste” kitchen in the Metro area and hope to inspire others to join us in making a difference in our industry.
